۱۹۸۹قانون تضمين خريد محصولات اساسي كشاورزي
این قانون که در سال ۱۳۶۸ تصویب شد، دولت را موظف میکند هر سال زراعی حداقل قیمت خرید تضمینی محصولات اساسی کشاورزی مانند گندم، برنج، جو، پنبه و دانههای روغنی را اعلام و خرید کند، حکمی که بعدها به کشمش، خرما، مرکبات و محصولات دامی نیز گسترش یافت، تا از درآمد کشاورزان و تولید حمایت شود.
چرایی این پیوند: Obliges the government to announce and guarantee minimum purchase prices annually for a named list of staple crops (wheat, rice, barley, maize, sugar beet, cotton, oilseeds, tea, potato, onion, pulses, raisins/grapes, dates, citrus, apples, pomegranates, figs, livestock/dairy products, silk cocoons) and to buy at that floor - a direct, named government price-support instrument.
ملاحظه: World/regional commodity prices, input-cost inflation, exchange-rate depreciation, drought and sanctions on agrochemical/machinery imports are major independent drivers of the same producer-price series; FAOSTAT producer prices are not identical to the official guaranteed procurement price (only the dedicated wheat chart tracks that price directly), and enforcement/funding of the guarantee has varied by year.

این قانون که در سال ۱۳۸۴ تصویب شد، قانون تضمین خرید محصولات اساسی کشاورزی مصوب ۱۳۶۸ را اصلاح میکند و دولت را موظف میسازد قیمت خرید تضمینی محصولات اساسی را در هر سال زراعی حداقل به اندازه نرخ تورم اعلامی بانک مرکزی افزایش دهد، حکمی که بهطور عطفبهماسبق برای سال زراعی ۸۴-۱۳۸۳ نیز اجرا شد.
چرایی این پیوند: Adds a binding rule that the government's guaranteed purchase price for basic agricultural crops (wheat, barley, rice, cotton, sugar beet, pulses, etc.) must rise each crop year by at least the Central Bank's announced inflation rate, applied retroactively to the 1383-84 (2004/05) crop year — a direct, documented price-floor indexation mechanism.
ملاحظه: Guaranteed purchase prices are a floor and administrative benchmark, not necessarily identical to FAOSTAT's reported producer prices, and actual producer prices are also driven by market conditions, exchange-rate movements, and general inflation which this law's indexation formula itself references — so isolating this law's specific increment from broader inflation is difficult.
