۲۰۰۷قانون موافقتنامه تجارت ترجيحي بين كشورهاي عضو دي -هشت
مصوب ۱۳۸۶، این قانون الحاق ایران به موافقتنامه تجارت ترجیحی گروه دی-هشت را تصویب میکند که بر اساس آن ایران و هفت کشور عضو دیگر (بنگلادش، مصر، اندونزی، مالزی، نیجریه، پاکستان و ترکیه) تعرفههای گمرکی کاهشیافتهای را برای فهرستی از کالاهای مبادلهشده به یکدیگر اعطا میکنند.
چرایی این پیوند: Ratifies the D-8 Preferential Trade Agreement (Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Turkey), committing Iran to phased tariff cuts (rates above 25%/15%/10% bands compressed to those ceilings) and a freeze/removal of new non-tariff and para-tariff barriers on covered goods traded among members -- a direct trade-liberalization instrument.
ملاحظه: D-8 partners are a small share of Iran's total trade; Iran's aggregate export/import volumes are dominated by oil prices, sanctions cycles and the exchange rate, so any D-8-specific effect is unlikely to be visible in national trade aggregates. No bilateral Iran-D8 trade chart exists in our index to isolate this from other drivers.
